TVM App

The TV messenger ‘App’ (TVMapp), is the key to setting up and operating the service. There is a web version at https://TVMapp.TV-Messenger.com, an Android version, and an iOS version. The caregiver creates a named account and device names for each TV associated with loved ones they are caring for. They purchase a TV Message Brain - ‘M-brAIn’ – which will connect each TV to the messaging service. Normally, the caregiver will set up and check that everything is operational at their location, before connecting the M-brAIn devices to each TV

They will:
- Subscribe to the service
- Order products
- Set up and configure all necessary parameters.

The caregiver does all the heavy lifting to set things up for themselves and their loved one. Once everything is configured, the lock the TVM app into caregiver mode so the app starts up in the caregiver operations screen as soon as it starts. They can take another smartphone for their loved ones and put the app on those phones into Cared-For mode which will go directly into that screen when the app starts.

The Caregivers Screen can:
- send messages to their loved ones
- set up schedules for recurring messages
- monitor operations

The Cared-For (loved ones) screen can:
- confirm messages
- clear messages from their TV
- run various special applications.

Caregiver First Steps
- Subscribe to the service
- Order M-brAIn devices and/or Wireless confirmation buttons
- Use the Billing Account ID with the TV Messenger App to create a Username and Password to log into the app
